July 6 (Sat.), between 4:00-5:00 pm ~ KyoDaiko at Parks on Tap at Shofuso

This Japanese summer celebration honors those who have passed on before us and will include taiko, bon dancing, tea ceremony and so much more! We will perform multiple sets throughout the day. More information on the Shofuso/JASGP website.

September 14 (Sat.), 12:00-8:00 pm ~ AAU Mid-Autumn Festival in Chinatown

Asian Americans United will hold the 24th Annual Mid-Autumn Festival at the Friendship Gate at 10th & Arch. The festival will feature many cultural performances, carnival games, a mooncake eating contest and so much more! Details on their Facebook event page.

October 8 (Tue.), 7:00-8:00 pm ~ Site/Sound: Taiko Drumming with Kyodaiko

KyoDaiko will perform as part of the Site/Sound: Revealing the Rail Park series of events presented by Friends of the Rail Park, Mural Arts Philadelphia, and American Composers Forum.
